Little bit of steam

Allergies are what haunts me daily morning when I dread to get out of bed. The endless sneezing and the using of many hankies which I often misplace all throughout my house, which off late has become a nuisance. Specially, when my nose drips and GRRrrrr!, there is not one handy. AWWWWWRrrrrrrr. Now I have found a nice remedy thanx to some friend's advice. A little bit of steaming in the morning is of big relief to me these days. It has done wonders.

Chocos Mania

G has lately got the Chocos Mania. It started with one her school friends bringing Chocos as her snack, regularly to class, so much that, she started generously giving G without herself eating. G would have her pockets filled with it when she comes home. She gives 2 for L, 2 for Mama and 2 for Papa. The rest of it, she would her munched on, all the way back from school in her bus. Anways now we have bought Chocos for her seeing that she would else keep getting them from her friends all the time. But she has got so used to keeping her pockets filled with it, that even now she empties the chocos from her snack-box into her pocket. She come homes from school with remains of chocos all smudged over her face and hands, goes the same with her pockets too.

Sensibility

We had a Birthday party last Sunday. L and G had dressed up and were in full excitement. G was wearing her favorite dress, which consists of anything in the world that has a Duppatta attached to it. And when the time came to take the gift before we left for the party, for which usually a fight occurs as to who should hand over the gift to the Birthday Girl, G tells us seriously
"Mama, you can hand over the gift to L because my Duppatta may fall off, if I happen to hand "M" (the Birthday girl), the gift.

Rainbows and Birds

Today I saw my second rainbow after a slight shower of rain in the sun.The new house where I have shifted is very calm and serene with lots of greenery and trees. Its a place where they have really preserved the nature. The birds are of many varieties here. Parrots and Kingfishers are plenty. The Weaver Birds nests are beautiful. There are around 12 nests on one particular tree. Few days back I saw a wood pecker happily pecking at a tree while I was bringing back G from school.
Rainbows are so beautiful and it reminds of Words from the Bible which I like to share.

Genesis 9:12-16
12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."
